About Jennifer Bottega

Practical Solutions. A Trusted Partner.

I’m Jennifer Bottega, founder of Bottega HR, and I’ve spent more than 20 years helping organizations navigate the people issues that can have the greatest impact on their businesses.

I’ve guided leaders through difficult employee-relations matters and investigations, supported organizational restructurings, helped integrate companies following acquisitions, and advised leaders through complex people decisions.

Those experiences taught me something important:

Good HR isn’t about having the perfect policy. It’s about knowing how to apply experience, judgment, and sound HR practices to real-world situations.

Why Bottega HR?

Many small and growing organizations reach a point where their people challenges become more complex—but they may not need, or be ready for, a full-time HR professional.

That’s where I come in.

My approach is straightforward: understand the business, understand the people, assess the situation, and develop a solution that is both thoughtful and practical.

More Than an HR Practitioner

My background in human resources is complemented by my Juris Doctor (J.D.), giving me a strong foundation for understanding the intersection of people, business, and employment law.

My Philosophy

You shouldn't have to navigate a difficult situation alone. And you shouldn't need to hire a full-time HR professional to have access to experienced HR judgment.

Sometimes you simply need someone who has seen the situation before and knows what questions to ask.

Experienced HR, when you need it.
